Oakville Condo Townhomes
Oakville is a fantastic place to consider making your forever home, thanks to the plethora of amenities and comforts to be found there. If you go ahead and invest in any one of the Oakville condo townhomes for sale, you will be able to experience amenities that run the gamut from big box stores to little mom-and-pop shops, while at the same time having access to plenty of awesome greenspaces/parks, not to mention the opulent waters of Lake Ontario (which a fair few of these parks border). Oakville is the sort of place where you get an incredible fusion of the urban and rural, as the northern part of Oakville tends to have more residential properties that are more spread out than the southern part of the city (which is more congested together and has more commercial/industrial properties). You will find that Oakville also can boast a great deal of accessibility thanks to the major roadways that run through it, as well as the presence of public transit; the southern part of Oakville is even serviced by the GO transit stations of Bronte, Oakville, and Clarkson. Between all of these transportation options and more, finding what you want in this city is a piece of cake.
It's not just the public transit, major roadways, and GO trains that can help get you through Oakville easily, but another major source for transportation even beyond Oakville are the two major highways that run through the northern and southern parts of the city: Highway 407 (a toll highway) running through the north, and Highway 403 running through the south. Highway 403 curves north, then east again in a sort of large "S" shape at Oakville's eastern border, meeting the Highway 407, but at that first curve, the Queen Elizabeth Way breaks off as its own highway and goes onward towards downtown Toronto (where it becomes the Gardiner Expressway, which in turn becomes the Don Valley Parkway when it heads northward). So, when you take all of this in from whichever of the wonderful Oakville condo townhomes for sale you'd have chosen, you'll realize that nowhere in the Golden Horseshoe is inaccessible to you, and all of its amenities, recreational activities, and more can be available to you in the capacity of a daytrip or weekend trip (only to return to the relative peace and quiet of Oakville at the end of it and relax in the comfort of your condo townhome).
To live in a condo townhome (be it in Oakville or anywhere else) is to be part of a community of fellow condo townhome owners, as condo townhomes are usually arranged in attached "rows"...also, upon purchasing the condo townhome, you are not purchasing the land with it. The land the condo townhome sits on is owned by the condo corporation, and any alterations you'd like to make to the interior and exterior of the condo townhome have to be approved by the corporation. However, that having been said, you will be able to live in this community all while exploring what Oakville has to offer. At the intersection of Dundas Street and Trafalgar Road, you will be able to have access to the densest part of the city's amenities, with such examples of them including a gas station, a couple of big box stores, a couple of grocery stores, a few restaurants/fast food places, a couple of coffee shops, a couple of banks, a pharmacy, an LCBO, a Beer Store, and a few others. With everything that is available here and around the rest of Oakville, living in any one of the Oakville condo townhomes for sale has nothing but benefits in store for you.
